Diggs Revol Dog Crate, Medium
Garage-style door, side and top doors, folds with wheels.
- 3 doors
- Wheels
- Aluminum + steel
Worth it if the crate lives in your living space and you value looks, easy puppy access and fast folding: the Revol has a garage-style front door, side and top doors, and collapses with wheels. It isn’t worth it on a budget or for a heavy chewer; the MidWest iCrate does the core job for much less.
The Diggs Revol is built from aluminum and steel, with a garage-style front door that slides up, plus a side door and a ceiling door for lifting puppies in and out. It folds quickly and rolls on wheels, and has a removable tray. A puppy divider comes with some kits.

The Revol’s design solves daily annoyances: the front door slides up out of the way, the ceiling door lets you lift a sleepy puppy in or out, and it folds and rolls rather than needing to be carried.
It also looks more like furniture than a wire crate, which matters if it sits in the living room for a year or more of training.
The MidWest iCrate includes a divider so the crate grows with your puppy, has good airflow and folds flat with a carry handle.
It looks like a wire crate, and determined escape artists can work at the doors.
For a calm dog or a spare crate, Amazon Basics covers the basics at the lowest cost.
It isn’t built for strong chewers.
Decide where the crate will live and how often it will move. That determines whether premium features pay off.
Living room favors the Revol; a laundry room or garage doesn’t.
Wheels and fast folding vs folding flat and carrying.
Check whether your Revol kit includes a divider; the iCrate always does.
Heavy chewers need supervision in any crate.
No crate is fully escape-proof. Supervise new crate training and check doors and latches.
A puppy divider is included in some kits; check the listing.
It collapses quickly and has wheels for moving it.
Revol for looks, access and portability; iCrate for value.
